2. Fixed‑Scope Discovery & Stabilisation

If there’s a good fit, the next step is a clearly defined, fixed‑budget engagement.

This phase is designed to:

  • establish clarity around the existing system
  • identify genuine technical and operational risks
  • create a stable baseline for future work
  • define sensible options for improvement or development

Because this phase is time‑boxed and outcome‑focused, it avoids open‑ended cost while addressing the biggest unknowns early.

3. Planned Improvement & Product Development

Following stabilisation, any further work is planned deliberately.

Ongoing improvement or product development is agreed as a predictable investment, aligned with:

  • the pace of change you’re comfortable with
  • the outcomes you’re aiming to achieve
  • the level of ongoing involvement you want
